Trout Blinis

  • 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup full cream milk
  • creme fraiche
  • trout/smoked salmon
  1. Combine milk & eggs together in a bowl.

  2. Add Protein Pancake Premix and mix.

  3. Pour batter onto a pan over a medium heat in mini pancake shapes.

  4. Flip when golden.

  5. Top with creme fraiche & trout/salmob.

  6. Add some dill, salt and pepper!

  7. Enjoy!
