Trout Blinis

Ingredients

  • 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup full cream milk
  • creme fraiche
  • trout/smoked salmon

Instructions

  • Combine milk & eggs together in a bowl.
  • Add Protein Pancake Premix and mix.
  • Pour batter onto a pan over a medium heat in mini pancake shapes.
  • Flip when golden.
  • Top with creme fraiche & trout/salmob.
  • Add some dill, salt and pepper!
  • Enjoy!
