Traditional South African Pancakes

  • 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp flour of choice
  1. Pop all your ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth.

  2. Pour mixture onto greased pan.

  3. Cook on medium heat.

  4. Flip when edges are golden and start to lift.

  5. Sprinkle with our Pancake Spice & some lemon juice!
