Traditional South African Pancakes
Ingredients
- 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp flour of choice
Instructions
- Pop all your ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture onto greased pan.
- Cook on medium heat.
- Flip when edges are golden and start to lift.
- Sprinkle with our Pancake Spice & some lemon juice!
