Spiced Carrot Baked Oats

  • 50 g Vanilla Protein Oats
  • 60 g cooked/steamed carrot
  • 40 g fat free yoghurt
  • 60 ml milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp mixed spice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. To a blender add 60g cooked carrots, 40g yoghurt, 60ml milk of choice and 1tsp vanilla essense and blend until smooth.

  3. In a small oven safe dish add your blended mixture, 50g Vanilla Protein Oats, 1 tsp cinnamon,1tsp mixed spice, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp baking powder and mix until combined.

  4. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

  5. Serve with coconut yoghurt or vanilla fat free frozen yoghurt and some honey!
