Spiced Carrot Baked Oats
- 50 g Vanilla Protein Oats
- 60 g cooked/steamed carrot
- 40 g fat free yoghurt
- 60 ml milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
To a blender add 60g cooked carrots, 40g yoghurt, 60ml milk of choice and 1tsp vanilla essense and blend until smooth.
In a small oven safe dish add your blended mixture, 50g Vanilla Protein Oats, 1 tsp cinnamon,1tsp mixed spice, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp baking powder and mix until combined.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with coconut yoghurt or vanilla fat free frozen yoghurt and some honey!
