S’mores Baked Oats

S’mores Baked Oats

  • Blender
  • oven
  • Oven-safe bowl
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Oats
  • 1/2 cup mylk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Vanilla Nougat Nugget
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Add 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Oats, 1/2 cup milk of choice, 1/2 a banana, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp sweetener of choice and a pinch of salt to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Spray an oven safe bowl with some spray and cook (or grease however you wish) and pour the mixture into the bowl.

  4. Break up 1-2 Vanilla Nougat Nuggets into smaller pieces and press the pieces into the oat mixture.

  5. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

  6. Allow to cool slightly and then enjoy!
