S’mores Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Oats
  • 1/2 cup mylk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Vanilla Nougat Nugget

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Add 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Oats, 1/2 cup milk of choice, 1/2 a banana, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp sweetener of choice and a pinch of salt to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Spray an oven safe bowl with some spray and cook (or grease however you wish) and pour the mixture into the bowl.
  • Break up 1-2 Vanilla Nougat Nuggets into smaller pieces and press the pieces into the oat mixture.
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  • Allow to cool slightly and then enjoy!
