- 60 g Protein Pancake Premix
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
- 5 food colouring options
- Combine 1 egg and ¼ cup milk in a bowl.
- Add 50g Protein Pancake Premix and mix.
- Split mixture into 5 and add a different food colouring to each (enough for one pancake per colour).
- Spoon pancake batter into a greased pan.
- Cook over medium heat, flipping when golden.
- Top with cream cheese mixed with some sweetner and silver cake balls!
