Pumpkin Fritter Pancakes

Pumpkin Fritters

  • 200 g Steamed pumpkin (can sub banana, butternut or sweet potato)
  • 20 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 70 g Protein Pancake Premix
  • pinch of salt
  1. Mash up your pumpkin with a fork and set aside.

  2. Combine your egg and milk in a bowl.

  3. Add in steamed pumpkin and Protein Pancake Premix and combine.

  4. Cook on a greased pan over a medium heat.

  5. Top with our Pancake Spice and serve warm!
