Pumpkin Fritter Pancakes

Pumpkin Fritters


  • 200 g Steamed pumpkin (can sub banana, butternut or sweet potato)
  • 20 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 70 g Protein Pancake Premix
  • pinch of salt


  • Mash up your pumpkin with a fork and set aside.
  • Combine your egg and milk in a bowl.
  • Add in steamed pumpkin and Protein Pancake Premix and combine.
  • Cook on a greased pan over a medium heat.
  • Top with our Pancake Spice and serve warm!
