Protein Pizza Pancake
- 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
- 1 egg
- 40 ml milk
- 1 wrap/tortilla
- Combine your milk and egg in a bowl.
- Add your Protein Pancake Premix and mix.
- Pop your wrap/tortilla on a medium heated pan and pour our normal pancake batter on top.
- Flip and then add toppings of choice.
- Top with smooth cottage cheese, banana, strawberries, choc chips and maple syrup!
