Protein Pizza Pancake

Ingredients

  • 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
  • 1 egg
  • 40 ml milk
  • 1 wrap/tortilla

Instructions

  • Combine your milk and egg in a bowl.
  • Add your Protein Pancake Premix and mix.
  • Pop your wrap/tortilla on a medium heated pan and pour our normal pancake batter on top.
  • Flip and then add toppings of choice.
  • Top with smooth cottage cheese, banana, strawberries, choc chips and maple syrup!
