- 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
- 1 egg
- 60 ml milk
- 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup
- Combine ingredients for pancake and mix.
- Add syrup and mix.
- Grease a pan and spoon tiny blobs of mixture onto it. If you have a squeezable bottle it will work even better!
- Cook on a low heat. Flip after 3 mins.
- Enjoy with milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon!
