Peanut Butter Birthday Cake Pancakes
- 50 g Birthday Cake Premix
- 1 egg
- 60 ml milk
- 1 tbsp PB2 powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Combine 1 egg and 60ml milk in a bowl.
- Add 50g Birthday Cake Premix, PB2 powder & peanut butter and mix.
- Spoon pancake batter into a greased pan.
- Cook over medium heat, flipping when golden.
- Top with yoghurt & extra peanut butter – because you can never have too much!
