Okonomiyaki Inspired Pancakes

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 80 ml water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup Protein Pancake Premix


  • Add all ingredients besides pancake mix to a bowl and mix. Then add the pancake mix.
  • Batter should be thick – similar to our usual pancake consistency.
  • Grease and heat a non stick pan to medium high heat.
  • Once hot, spoon in batter and flatten with the spoon/spatula
  • Lower heat to a medium-low and flip when golden.
  • Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Top with Sriacha, sesame seeds, chives or spring onion and may if you wish.
