Mexican Savoury Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 50 g Vanilla Protein Oats
  • ½ cup steamed corn
  • 40 g fat free yoghurt
  • 60 ml milk
  • 2 tsp chipotle spice or paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and line a small oven proof dish.
  • Combine 50g Vanilla Protein Oats, 1/2 cup steamed corn, 40g fat free yoghurt, 60ml milk of choice, 2 tsp chipotle spice, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp baking powder to an oven safe bowl and mix until combined.
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
  • Top with some fresh salsa and enjoy!
