Mexican Savoury Baked Oats
- 50 g Vanilla Protein Oats
- ½ cup steamed corn
- 40 g fat free yoghurt
- 60 ml milk
- 2 tsp chipotle spice or paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and line a small oven proof dish.
- Combine 50g Vanilla Protein Oats, 1/2 cup steamed corn, 40g fat free yoghurt, 60ml milk of choice, 2 tsp chipotle spice, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp baking powder to an oven safe bowl and mix until combined.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Top with some fresh salsa and enjoy!
