Matcha Choc Chip Pancakes
- 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- Combine 1 egg and ¼ cup milk in a bowl.
- Add 50g Protein Pancake Premix, your matcha powder and mix.
- Spoon pancake batter into a greased pan.
- Cook over medium heat, flipping when firm.
- Top with some extra choc chips & enjoy!
