Lemon & rose baked porridge

Porridge mix

  • 5 tbsp Vanilla Porridge
  • 40 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp rose water
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ banana

Strawberry filling

  • ½ cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup/ sweetener of choice
  1. Blend wet ingredients for the Porridge, pour into a bowl and then add the porridge premix and stir.

  2. Add all the ingredients for the strawberry filling into a bowl and microwave it for 30 seconds, stir and microwave again for 30 seconds.

  3. Pour the strawberry filling into the middle of the porridge.

  4. Microwave for 2minutes and 30seconds and then flip it out onto a plate.

  5. Top with a mixture of yoghurt, syrup and lemon zest. Add some more strawberry bits and a drizzle of nut butter.
