Porridge mix

  • 5 tbsp Vanilla Porridge
  • 40 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp rose water
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ banana

Strawberry filling

  • ½ cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup/ sweetener of choice


  • Blend wet ingredients for the Porridge, pour into a bowl and then add the porridge premix and stir.
  • Add all the ingredients for the strawberry filling into a bowl and microwave it for 30 seconds, stir and microwave again for 30 seconds.
  • Pour the strawberry filling into the middle of the porridge.
  • Microwave for 2minutes and 30seconds and then flip it out onto a plate.
  • Top with a mixture of yoghurt, syrup and lemon zest. Add some more strawberry bits and a drizzle of nut butter.
