Lemon & rose baked porridge
Servings: 1 bowl
- 5 tbsp Vanilla Porridge
- 40 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp rose water
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- ½ banana
- ½ cup chopped strawberries
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup/ sweetener of choice
- Blend wet ingredients for the Porridge, pour into a bowl and then add the porridge premix and stir.
- Add all the ingredients for the strawberry filling into a bowl and microwave it for 30 seconds, stir and microwave again for 30 seconds.
- Pour the strawberry filling into the middle of the porridge.
- Microwave for 2minutes and 30seconds and then flip it out onto a plate.
- Top with a mixture of yoghurt, syrup and lemon zest. Add some more strawberry bits and a drizzle of nut butter.
