Ginger, Beet & Carrot Nana Loaf
Servings: 1 loaf
- loaf/bread tin
- 1 packet Nana Loaf Premix
- 2 bananas ripe
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 100 grams shredded beetroot
- 100 grams grated carrots
- 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- Blend eggs, milk & bananas.
- Add premix to wet ingredients and stir.
- Stir in ginger, beetroot and carrot.
- Pout mixture into greased loaf tin.
- Bake for 35 mins at 180 degrees.
- Serve with icing of choice/ nut butter.
