Ginger, Beet & Carrot Nana Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Nana Loaf Premix
  • 2 bananas ripe
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 100 grams shredded beetroot
  • 100 grams grated carrots
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  • Blend eggs, milk & bananas.
  • Add premix to wet ingredients and stir.
  • Stir in ginger, beetroot and carrot.
  • Pout mixture into greased loaf tin.
  • Bake for 35 mins at 180 degrees.
  • Serve with icing of choice/ nut butter.
