Croissant French Toast Pancakes

  • 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
  • 1 egg ((or 2 egg whites))
  • 100 ml milk
  • cinnamon
  • bread/croissant of choice
  1. Combine your milk and eggs in a bowl.

  2. Add your Protein Pancake Premix and mix.

  3. Slice your croissant or bread of choice and dip it into the mixture.

  4. Pop your croissant pieces on a medium heated stove and flip when golden.

  5. Enjoy with some mylktart drizzle or if you like it simple – just a little bit of honey!
