Croissant French Toast Pancakes
- 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
- 1 egg ((or 2 egg whites))
- 100 ml milk
- cinnamon
- bread/croissant of choice
Combine your milk and eggs in a bowl.
Add your Protein Pancake Premix and mix.
Slice your croissant or bread of choice and dip it into the mixture.
Pop your croissant pieces on a medium heated stove and flip when golden.
Enjoy with some mylktart drizzle or if you like it simple – just a little bit of honey!
