Croissant French Toast Pancakes
- 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
- 1 egg (or 2 egg whites)
- 100 ml milk
- bread/croissant of choice
- Combine your milk and eggs in a bowl.
- Add your Protein Pancake Premix and mix.
- Slice your croissant or bread of choice and dip it into the mixture.
- Pop your croissant pieces on a medium heated stove and flip when golden.
- Enjoy with some mylktart drizzle or if you like it simple – just a little bit of honey!
