Croissant French Toast Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
  • 1 egg (or 2 egg whites)
  • 100 ml milk
  • cinnamon
  • bread/croissant of choice

Instructions

  • Combine your milk and eggs in a bowl.
  • Add your Protein Pancake Premix and mix.
  • Slice your croissant or bread of choice and dip it into the mixture.
  • Pop your croissant pieces on a medium heated stove and flip when golden.
  • Enjoy with some mylktart drizzle or if you like it simple – just a little bit of honey!
