Chocolate Cake

  • 3 bananas (ripe)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 nana loaf premix
  • 3 large tbsp skinny hot chocolate ((can sub for cacao or normal hot chocolate))
  • 40 grams milk chocolate bar (melted)
  1. Blend bananas, eggs and milk (blend for 2/3 pulses – the mixture should be thick, not a smoothie texture).

  2. Add your nana loaf mixture and your hot chocolate/ cacao and stir together (don't add liquid yet).

  3. Pour in blended wet ingredients and stir while you add your melted chocolate.

  4. Add any extras (choc chips, nuts etc).

  5. pour the mixture into a greased cake tin.

  6. bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 mins (until knife comes out clean).

  7. Top with icing of choice and BOOM!
