Cheese & Zucchini Pancakes
A savoury switch-up to your morning pancake stack.
- 50 grams Pancake Premix
- 1 egg ((can sub 2 egg whites) )
- 50 ml milk
- 2 tbsp chickpeas
- 150 grams grated zucchini
- 30 grams grated cheese
Blend egg, milk and chickpeas.
Add pancake premix.
Stir zucchini into mixture.
Cook for 4-5 mins a side on low-medium heat.
Serve with cheese, plain yoghurt and macadamia nut butter.
