Brûléed Banana Proat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 60 g Vanilla Protein Oats can sub 30g regular oats (blended) & 30g protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 40 ml milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana

Instructions

  • Blend your oats if using regular and add them to your protein powder.
  • Combine your eggs, milk and lemon juice.
  • Add to your Vanilla Protein Oats mixture or your ‘homemade version’.
  • Add your salt & baking powder.
  • Combine until smooth.
  • Cook over a medium heat and flip when golden.
  • Top with pan fried banana, plenty honey & enjoy!
