Brûléed Banana Proat Pancakes
- 60 g Vanilla Protein Oats can sub 30g regular oats (blended) & 30g protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 40 ml milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- Blend your oats if using regular and add them to your protein powder.
- Combine your eggs, milk and lemon juice.
- Add to your Vanilla Protein Oats mixture or your ‘homemade version’.
- Add your salt & baking powder.
- Combine until smooth.
- Cook over a medium heat and flip when golden.
- Top with pan fried banana, plenty honey & enjoy!
