Brownie Berry Cheesecake

Small Brownie Berry Cheesecake

Brownie layer

  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana (small)
  • 100 grams Vegan Brownie Mix
  • 60 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp nut butter

Cheese cake layer

  • 1 egg
  • 150 grams yoghurt/cream cheese
  • 50 grams berries
  • 15 grams whey
  • 1 dash maple syrup

  1. Blend wet ingredients for brownie layer (egg, milk, banana and nut butter).

  2. Add brownie mix and stir.

  3. Pour the brownie mix into a greased small cake tin.

  4. For the cheesecake layer, blend all the ingredients and pout the mixture on top of the brownie layer.

  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 30mins.

  6. Let the cake cool and top it off with a blend of yoghurt and berries or icing of choice.
