Blueberry & Coconut Pancakes

  • 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  1. Combine 1 egg and ¼ cup milk in a bowl.

  2. Add 50g Protein Pancake Premix, blueberries & mix.

  3. Spoon pancake batter into a greased pan.

  4. Cook over medium heat, flipping when golden.

  5. Top with yoghurt mixed with peanut butter, extra blueberries & some toasted coconut!
