Blueberry & Coconut Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup blueberries

Instructions

  • Combine 1 egg and ¼ cup milk in a bowl.
  • Add 50g Protein Pancake Premix, blueberries & mix.
  • Spoon pancake batter into a greased pan.
  • Cook over medium heat, flipping when golden.
  • Top with yoghurt mixed with peanut butter, extra blueberries & some toasted coconut!
