Blueberry & Almond Waffles

  • 50 grams Protein Pancake Premix
  • 1 egg
  • 60 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ tsp almond essence ((Optional))
  • 4 tbsp blueberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup/ honey ((optional) )
  1. Beat your egg, milk, almond butter and almond essence in a bowl with a fork.

  2. Add your protein pancake premix and mix.

  3. Heat the blueberries up in a microwave for 15-20 seconds and then stir them and the maple syrup through your mixture.

  4. Heat your waffle iron. Once hot, grease and spread mixture over.

  5. Cook until golden brown.

  6. Serve with ice cream, diced almonds, blueberries and a generous drizzle of syrup.
