Biscoff & Baked Apple Pancakes

Ingredients

Pancakes:

  • 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
  • 1 egg
  • 40 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp Biscoff Spread (or any nut butter)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Baked Apple Topping:

  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 2 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

Baked Apple Topping

  • Chop one apple into cubes & pop in a microwave friendly bowl.
  • Add 1tbsp cinnamon and 2tbsp vanilla essence and mix.
  • Microwave for 3 minutes and then set aside.

Pancakes

  • Combine your milk, egg & Biscoff spread in a bowl.
  • Add your Protein Pancake Premix and mix.
  • Pour pancake batter onto a greased pan over a medium heat.
  • Flip when sides become firm.
  • Top with your baked apple, extra Biscoff and a drizzle of honey!
