Big Banana Pancakes
Pancake batter
- 60 grams Pancake Premix
- 1 egg
- ½ mashed banana
- ¼ cup reduced fat cream cheese ((or yoghurt))
Yoghurt drizzle
- 1 tbsp yoghurt ((or reduced fat cream cheese))
- 1 tbsp xylitol
Mix together all pancake batter ingredients in a bowl.
Pour batter into a medium heat greased pan (enough to create a thin layer over the base of the pan).
Flip when bubbles appear.
Top with yoghurt drizzle, more banana and any extra crunchy bits or nut butter.
