Big Banana Pancakes
- Frying Pan
- 60 grams Pancake Premix
- 1 egg
- ½ mashed banana
- ¼ cup reduced fat cream cheese (or yoghurt)
- 1 tbsp yoghurt (or reduced fat cream cheese)
- 1 tbsp xylitol
- Mix together all pancake batter ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour batter into a medium heat greased pan (enough to create a thin layer over the base of the pan).
- Flip when bubbles appear.
- Top with yoghurt drizzle, more banana and any extra crunchy bits or nut butter.
