Beetroot Protein Pancakes
Delish Beetroot Protein Pancakes
- Medium bowl
- Frying Pan
- 1 egg
- 60 ml milk (can sub for nut milk)
- 50 grams cooked beetroot
- 4 tbsp Vanilla Pancake Premix (50 grams)
- Blend egg, milk and beetroot.
- Mix in Pancake Premix.
- Spoon pancake batter into pan in heart shapes.
- Cook on medium heat.
- Top with nut butter and raspberries.
