Beetroot baked porridge
Servings: 1 bowl cake
- 4 tbsp Vanilla Protein Porridge
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 30 ml milk
- 1 tbsp beetroot powder
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Microwave for 2 mins 30seconds.
- Flip out onto a plate.
- Top with nuts, coconut cream, nut butter or yoghurt (or all of them together…YUM!).
