Banana, Oat & Nut Breakfast Bars
- 180 g Chocolate Protein Oats
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup raisins
- ½ cup pecan nuts (or any nuts of choice)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and grease a baking tray.
To a bowl add 180g Chocolate Protein Oats, 1 mashed banana, 1 egg, 1 cup raisins, 1/2 pecan nuts, 1/2 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix to combine.
Spread mixture evenly onto baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.
Let them cool and serve with any drizzle of choice!
