These products are so versatile and can be used so easily in combination with foods that suit you personally. I find im able to get a satisfying flavour, whilst keeping whatever im making low carb, low fat and high in protein. I love adding a spoonful to my smoothie bowls for that porridgey taste, with none of the carbs. Also makes curbing those ‘baked goods’ cravings so much easier. Love it!
